The Diprofil Classic polishing/filing machines (known by the name Di-profiler in the US) have been the preferred choice for tool and mould makers worldwide for more than 60 years.

In 2014 we introduced the upgraded Mark II models with an improved focus on ergonomics, flexibility and the operator’s well-being. By incorporating a tool-holder without any moving parts on the outside we made it easier for the operator to guide the tool close to the work piece without the need for putting their hands and/or fingers on reciprocating parts or tools which may cause vibration related injuries.

The Classic machine with its rigid and ergonomic design facilitates any filing, lapping, honing, de-burring or polishing application. With its reciprocating (back and forth) movement the Classic polishing/filing machines are an excellent alternative and compliment to rotary hand-pieces.
