Tool Holders

Tool Holders are suitable for clamping of polishing stones, super stones, super grinders, and lapping ribs. We offer tool holders that are to be used both by hand or together with the reciprocating DIPROFIL polishing/filing machines.

Polishing Stones Holder type BEA

Tool holder for use with Polishing Stones or Lapping Ribs with maximum cross-section area 6×6 mm or Ø 6 mm.

Polishing Stones Holder type BEB

Tool holder with pencil grip for Polishing Stones with maximum cross-section area of 4×4 mm.

Universal Tool Holder type FMR/VH

Tool holder for Super Stones, Super Grinders, and Polishing Stones to be used together with the Diprofil Polishing/Filing Machines. Stainless hardened shank Ø 3,0 mm. Shank length approx. 35 mm. Maximum tool thickness 6 mm.

Super Stone Holder type THFS-1

Tool-holder made of hardened steel for use together with ceramic fibre stones (Super stones) and lapping-/polishing tools with a thickness of 1 mm.

Universal Tool Holder type THPS-3

Tool-holder made of hardened steel for use together with polishing stones and lapping/polishing tools with a thickness of 3 mm.

Tool Holder type QEA/3

Tool holder for use in the Diprofil Polishing/Filing Machines together with Polishing Stones and Lapping Ribs with maximum cross-section area 13×13 mm or Ø 13 mm. Shank Ø 3,0 mm.

Tool Holder type QEA/6

Same as QEA/3 but fitted with shank Ø 6,0 mm.

Tool Holder type VEA

Hinged Tool holder for Polishing Stones and Lapping Ribs with maximum cross-section area 11×13 mm or Ø 13 mm. Shank Ø 3,0 mm.
