Extension Pipe

This extension pipe (Item no. FXA-104) can be assembled on the tool-holder of all the Diprofil Classic and Di-PRO Polishing/filing machines as long as they are the Mark II models (one FXA-104 is always included when purchasing a new machine). This extension pipe will not fit machines that have not been sold as, or upgraded to, the Mark II version.

The benefits of using the extension pipe:

  • Makes it possible to guide even very long tools close to the work piece without the need for putting your hands and/or fingers on the actual reciprocating tool
  • Minimizes the risk of the operator sustaining vibration related injuries in the hand that is not holding the actual machine
  • Can easily be cut to the desired length to fit different tools and applications
  • One FXA-104 is included with each new machine
