Diamond Compounds
Type OWS
A universal Diamond Compound for rapid stock removal and superfine surface finishing. Recommended for all polishing and superfinishing applications except when working on very hard materials such as carbide when our type PLUS diamond compound is the better choice.
For lubrication, we recommend using our lubricating fluid type LFO. It comes color-coded in applicator syringes of 5, 10, or 20 grams and in three different concentrations (low, medium, and heavy). Available in grit size 1-45 μm.
The Diamond Compound type PLUS is an enhancement of our standard type diamond compound specially developed for applications where extra heat stability and heat resistance are required. The preferred choice for polishing hard materials such as carbide. As lubrication for the type PLUS we recommend using the Diprofil stoning oil type STO. It comes color-coded in applicator syringes of 10 grams. Available in grit size 1 – 90 μm.
