Ultrasonic Polishing System

The Diprofil Ultrasonic Polishing System type Diprosonic DUS-300 is an excellent choice for different polishing applications involving small and intricate surfaces. The very short stroke length (10-35 µm) combined with a high frequency (18-25 kHz) makes it ideal for polishing slots and ribs and other surfaces in narrow and confined spaces. For this kind of delicate work, the Diprosonic DUS-300 will give you precise finishing with rapid stock removal in a relatively clean environment without the need for lubricating fluids.

The Ultrasonic Polishing System is excellent for removing the hard “scale” left by the Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) process, especially when used together with Ceramic fiber stones (Super Stones) or Diamond Super Stones.
